Howard Rosengarten

Howard M. Rosengarten started his law firm in 1968. His extensive experience in handling complicated legal matters has brought him much acclaim. And his innovative approach to solving difficult legal problems has allowed him to reach successful case resolutions for over 10,000 clients.

Howard graduated from the City College of New York, then Brooklyn College Law School. His credentials allow him to practice before the US Supreme Court and the US Federal Court, and he has represented clients before US Immigration and Naturalization Service in all 50 states. His experience in owning and managing various businesses in the New York area has helped smooth the way for many foreign workers and entrepreneurs wishing to establish themselves here in the US. In addition to his regular clients, many other attorneys regularly seek his advice.

Howard is very well-known and respected by his colleagues, who themselves are among the best personal injury attorneys in the New York City Tri-State Area and who often collaborate on various legal matters with Howard. Howard lives on Long Island with his wife and two dogs. He has two sons.

Enrique Onesimo Guerrero

Early in his law career, Enrique realized that many immigrant clients had legal difficulties beyond their immigration status. Many immigrants who are injured at work or commuting between their homes and their work hesitate to procure emergency medical care, report accidents to the police, make claims against municipal agencies or complain about dangerous conditions in their rented residences. Enrique decided to help these people in need. As a recent example of his past successes, in August of 2010, Enrique helped a legal immigrant client obtain a monetary award of $ 2,200,000 for injuries sustained due to a fall from scaffolding at a construction site. Enrique also helped an immigrant family in upstate New York procure a $19,000,000 medical malpractice settlement for the failure of two hospitals and one private medical clinic to medically evaluate, diagnose, and treat a newborn infant with viral meningitis and an excessively high fever.

Enrique became a licensed attorney in the states of New York and New Jersey in 1998. Although he was born in New York City, Enrique lived in the Dominican Republic for four years when he was a child. In 1989, Enrique graduated as valedictorian from the prestigious New York Military Academy in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York. He went on to obtain an electrical engineering degree from Rensselaer in Troy, New York, in 1994 and a law degree from Ohio Northern University in 1997.
